- Press the Message key, or dial
*97. - Enter your PIN followed by pound, then follow the prompts to play, save, or delete messages.
Dial *98 for the company mailbox, or *97 followed by a call group’s number for that group’s

Use the directory
Open the handset’s directory to browse the shared contact list your administrator maintains in the dashboard. The list refreshes when the base receives new configuration. Each handset holds roughly 100 contacts, so if your shared list is larger, some contacts will not appear on the handset.

Troubleshooting
- The handset does not ring for calls: Check that it is in range of the base and charged. If the screen says it is not registered, contact your administrator — the handset may need to be paired with the base again.
- The handset shows the wrong name or extension: Ask your administrator to check the handset’s extension assignment and push the configuration from the base station’s card.
- A contact is missing from the directory: Ask your administrator to check that the contact is in the shared contact list and push the configuration to the base station. If the list has more than about 100 contacts, the handset cannot hold them all — dial the number directly instead.
